Anti-corrosion coating with high zinc powder content - cold galvanizing.
Primer paint based on epoxy resin ester, zinc dust, fillers, additives and organic solvents.
The high content of zinc dust ensures the inherent anti-corrosion properties, which are based on electrochemical processes whereby the metal substrate is protected cathodically - similar to hot-dip galvanizing and galvanizing. In addition, excellent spot weldability is achieved on the basis of good electrical conductivity (the thickness of the dry layer must not, however, exceed 25 μm).
